Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Range

We provide furniture delivery services throughout Taiwan, including:

  • Northern Taiwan (Keelung, Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu)
  • Central Taiwan (Miaoli, Taichung, Nantou, Changhua, Yunlin)
  • Southern Taiwan (Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Pingtung)
  • Eastern Taiwan (Yilan, Hualien, Taitung)
  • There is an additional delivery fee for outlying islands (Kinmen, Matsu, Penghu).

2. Delivery Time

    Schedule delivery

    • Delivery will be arranged within 3-7 working days after placing the order (excluding weekends and national holidays).
    • Some large furniture (such as sofas and bed frames) require an additional 1-2 days of assembly time.

    Instant delivery (limited to certain products)

    • Choose "Expedited Delivery" service, which can be delivered within 5-10 working days (additional fees apply).

3. Delivery Method

  1. 1.

    Home delivery

    • The cooperating logistics company provides door-to-door service, and it is necessary to confirm that the delivery address can accommodate large vehicles.
    • If the address is in an alley or there is no elevator, you will need to pay the upstairs fee (see "Fee Description" for details).
  2. 2.

    Self Pickup Service

    • You can pick up the goods at the designated storage center (address: No. ○, ○○ Road, Taipei City), but reservation is required in advance.

IV. Fee Description

  1. 1.

    Basic delivery fee

    • Free delivery throughout Taiwan (limited to single orders over NT$15,000).
    • For less than NT$15,000, a minimum fee of NT$300 is required.
  2. 2.

    Additional costs

    • Outlying islands: Additional charge of NT$1,000-3,000 (depending on distance).
    • Floor service: NT$100 per floor (need to inform the floor in advance).
    • Large furniture assembly: Additional charge of NT$500-2,000 depending on size.

5. Furniture Installation

  1. 1. Free assembly service
    • Some products (such as desks and dining tables) provide free basic assembly.
  2. 2. Professional installation
    • An additional payment of NT$500-1,500 is required, and a cooperating craftsman will provide complete installation (applicable to sofas, bed frames, etc.).

VI. Return and Exchange Policy

  1. 1. Damage during delivery
    • Please check the outer box immediately upon receipt. If any damage is found, please take a photo and contact customer service (handled within 48 hours).
  2. 2. The size is not right
    • You can apply for return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods, and you need to bear the shipping cost yourself (the complete packaging must be kept).

VII. Special instructions

  1. 1. Large furniture reservation
    • When ordering large items such as sofas/bed frames, you need to confirm the delivery time 3 days in advance.
  2. 2. Holiday delivery
    • Festivals such as the Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival may be delayed by 3-5 days, so please plan ahead.
