④ For bundled delivery and assembly services, delivery and installation are completed together: technicians will install the item immediately upon delivery to your home. If you request separate first-time delivery and a second visit for installation, you will be responsible for all additional fees incurred.
⑤ If you require delivery services, please notify us in advance in cases such as: delivery trucks cannot park downstairs, elevators or stair corridors cannot fit mattresses, your delivery address incurs river crossing fees, bridge tolls, scenic area entrance fees, or you need to change the delivery time or address. This is to avoid being charged extra fees or storage fees by technicians after the shipment arrives, and you will be responsible for all resulting costs.

※ Store products are large furniture. Estimated delivery time is approximately 15-18 days after payment is completed. Delays of 2-3 days may also occur due to weather, customs container inspections, or other unforeseen reasons.
